I had a really good experience here, everything was excellant, the location was unbeatable close to the centre of Bogota as well as both bus station. They gave me a double room with comfy bed and wonderful sunshine and nice bathroom. Having a hairdryer, a bidet and a walk-in shower was a bonus.

They were always willing to help with anything I needed and provided excellent customer service. the hotel's location was also very convenient, with a few restaurants nearby and a big mall just a short walk away. the fact that it was only a 10-minute drive from the airport was a major plus.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, it was squeaky and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the noise from the airplanes was quite loud, but I guess that's to be expected when staying near the airport.
