I had a really good experience here, everything was excellant, the location was unbeatable close to the centre of Bogota as well as both bus station. They gave me a double room with comfy bed and wonderful sunshine and nice bathroom. Having a hairdryer, a bidet and a walk-in shower was a bonus.

misleading information

The check-in process was disheartening as the staff member was grumpy and unfriendly. To make matters worse, I was misled by the website stating that meals were available. I had to venture out for food after a long day of travel. This was especially inconvenient as I had no cash on me and struggled to find a restaurant that accepted my credit card.

We visited Monserrate and the Gold Museum, both were amazing. The location was perfect for exploring. The staff were super friendly. The communal areas were great for hanging out after long days of sightseeing.

One downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty in the rooms, tough to stay in touch sometimes.

The stay was decent for a one-night transit. The room was adequate for our needs, and it was convenient to be close to the airport.
